Environmental Review

To address environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the County prepared an Addendum (Link Here) to the Sustainability Policy and Regulatory Update Environmental Impact Report. 

The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Addendum analyzes the impacts associated with adoption of the 2023 Housing Element and the programs necessary for implementation, including the required rezoning in the Housing Element Rezone Program. No new significant impacts were identified beyond those previously addressed in the EIR.
