Santa Cruz County Affordable Housing Projects
Affordable Housing Projects are developed or redeveloped with funds provided by the County’s former Redevelopment Agency and/or other affordable housing funds.
Current Projects are new projects in various stages of development which have received County funding commitments.
Completed Projects have restrictions requiring them to be affordable and always occupied by lower or moderate-income households. Our Housing staff monitor these properties for compliance with these restrictions.
