The NEW Short-Term Rental Ordinance was adopted by the California Coastal Commission on April 16th and is now effective throughout the County.
Updated application requirements will be provided on the CDI website soon. Please email the Vacation Rental email (vacation.eplanreview@santacruzcountyca.gov) to obtain application requirements for Non-Hosted Rental Applications/Renewal (formerly Vacation Rentals) and Hosted Rentals Application/Renewal while we update the webpage to reflect the new regulations.
