Residential Permit Application Checklist
In general, the Planning Division will route applications to the Stormwater Section for review when there are new and/or replaced impervious and/or semi-pervious surfaces, or if there are changes to existing drainage patterns.
All applicants are required to follow design requirements as outlined in the County of Santa Cruz Design Criteria (CDC).For a checklist of minimum submittal requirements based upon new and/or replaced impervious and/or semi-pervious surfaces (i.e., roofs, paved areas, patio, walkways, driveway, etc.) that are part of the project, please click on the appropriate link below.
