Current Projects
DA Porath Lode Street Facility Remodel
The County Sanitation District (SCCSD) seeks to demolish the existing one-story Operations Building and construct a new two-story building within the same building footprint. The new building will consist of staff offices, Board of Directors/community meeting room, conference room, shop space, locker rooms, restrooms, dispatch office, and public reception area. Site improvements will include improving the existing parking adjacent to the Operations Building. Staff will be relocated to the existing modular or off-site swing space during construction. After construction is complete, the existing modular will be moved offsite.

Capital Projects
The Capital Projects Division is moving to the General Services Department in July 2024. This Division provides project management and real property acquisition and management services for County and public agencies.
