Any Tenant Improvement must be consistent with the approved Discretionary Permit that authorized the commercial development. If you are not sure whether your TI will be consistent and need a copy of the Discretionary Permit, you can learn how to research permits and submit a request for permit records on the Records and Parcel Research page.
If your project also includes a Change of Use, check with Zoning staff by email or by scheduling an appointment to confirm requirements.
