Commercial Tenant Improvements

Any Tenant Improvement must be consistent with the approved Discretionary Permit that authorized the commercial development. If you are not sure whether your TI will be consistent and need a copy of the Discretionary Permit, you learn how to research permits and submit a request for permit records on the Records and Parcel Research page.

If your project also includes a Change of Use, check with Zoning staff by email or by scheduling an appointment to confirm requirements.

If your project includes a new sign, review the Sign Permit information.
