- Permit Application and Submittal Requirements
- If the parcel is served by an OWTS (septic system), submit an Environmental Health Building Clearance.
- Soil Report May Be Required. A soils report will be required for swimming pool projects on expansive soils or on slopes greater than 20%. Contact Environmental Planning staff to determine whether a soils report will be required for your project.
